What this Site is

This Site is a marketing and information website for InBill, an open-source point-of-sale platform, and for Tresiphi's related managed cloud service. Joining the waitlist or submitting the contact form is a request to be contacted — it doesn't create a paid subscription, a purchase, or any other contract between us.

The InBill software

InBill's source code is published on GitHub under the license stated in that repository. Your use of the software itself is governed by that license, not by these Site terms. If you self-host InBill, it runs entirely on your own infrastructure — we have no visibility into, and no responsibility for, data processed by a self-hosted install.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this Site to violate any law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its normal operation — including scraping, spamming, or automated abuse of the waitlist form.

No warranty

This Site and the information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Pricing, feature availability, and roadmap items described on this Site — including anything marked "coming soon" — are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tresiphi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

Third-party links and services

This Site links to third-party services we don't control, including GitHub and our waitlist form provider, Formspree. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
