Tresiphi ("we", "us", "our") operates this website at inbill.tresiphi.com (the "Site") to introduce InBill, our open-source point-of-sale platform, and our managed cloud service. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site and how we use it.
This policy covers the marketing Site only. It does not cover the InBill application itself — a self-hosted InBill install runs entirely on your own infrastructure, and we have no access to the data it processes. Our managed Cloud service will have its own, more detailed privacy policy once it's generally available.
Waitlist and contact requests. When you join the waitlist or email us, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your restaurant name. Waitlist submissions are handled by our form processor, Formspree, Inc. — submissions are stored and delivered by Formspree under its own privacy policy.
Standard web logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and troubleshooting, the way most web servers do.
Fonts.This Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address; see Google's privacy policy for details.
We don't run our own analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't set any cookies of our own.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this Site — currently Formspree for form delivery and Google for font hosting — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required to by law.
We keep waitlist and contact submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — email info@tresiphi.comand we'll take care of it.
This Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
